Our holiday apartment in Sardinia is fully furnished, decorated with care, and designed to offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay. The building consists of two separate units, each with its own private entrance. We (the owners) live in the semi-basement, while the ground and first floors are entirely yours to enjoy.

When you book, you reserve the entire apartment, ensuring full privacy even if you are staying with only two people.

Layout of the Apartment

Ground Floor:

• Living Room: Cozy space with TV.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Including refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
• Bathroom: Features a shower, bidet, and WC.
• Outdoor Spaces: Covered terraces at both the front and rear, including a washing machine.
• Garden: Private garden at the back with a barbecue.

First Floor:

• Master Bedroom: With a comfortable double bed.
• Second Bedroom: Equipped with two single beds (an extra folding bed can be added upon request).
• Bathroom: Features a shower, bidet, and WC.

Facilities & Amenities

• Climate Control: Air conditioning (heating and cooling) in all bedrooms, the living room, and the kitchen.
• Comfort: Mosquito nets installed in every room and additional heaters in the bathrooms.
• Essentials: Bed linen and towels are provided.
• Connectivity: We have a Wi-Fi box with a SIM card that you can top up at the tobacconist for €10 and use as a hotspot (around 100 GB for €10).
• Beach Gear: Why pack heavy? We offer beach accessory rentals for just €5 per item for your entire stay.

Traveling with Children

We are family-friendly! A baby cot for children under 3 years old is available upon request (price based on duration). If you bring your own cot or the child sleeps in the parents’ bed, their stay is completely free.
