CASA SALSA LIBRE – RATES

The first two people pay the full rate. Discounts are given from the third person onwards.

The minimum price is always for 2 people, even if you come alone.

The basic price is €50 per night for 2 people. The price may vary per month.

The 3rd and/or 4th person pay €20 per night per person throughout the year.

The price includes bed linen and towels.

The apartment is COMPLETELY furnished with everything you need.

DEPOSIT: €100

(on the day of departure we will check the apartment together and if no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded)

CLEANING FEE:

For the final cleaning we ask a one-off fixed amount of €50

BEACH EQUIPMENT:

We rent everything for €5 per item, valid for the entire duration of your holiday.

On the beach, you pay between €30 and €50 per day for 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers.

We rent:

– parasols with anchors to prevent them from blowing away

– diving goggles with snorkel

– fins

– beach mats

– beach towels

– children’s toys

– inflatable beds for the water

– cooler box and cooler bag with ice packs

PRICES based on the months of the year:

-January and February €50 per night for 2 people

-March and April €50 per night for 2 people

-May and June €55 per night for 2 people

-July an August €60 per night for 2 people

-September, October €55 per night for 2 people

-November, December €50 per night for 2 people

The third person pays €22,50 per night regardless of the month.
The fourth person pays €20 per night regardless of the month.

BEDS and PRICES FOR CHILDREN:

Children under 3 years old. On request, we can place a camping bed for children under 3 years old. For placing a camping bed, you pay a one-time fee of €35

If you bring your own camping bed or the child sleeps in the parents’ bed, the stay for children under 3 years old is free.

Children from 3 to 5 years old €15 per night.

Children from 6 to 11 years old €20 per night.

Children from 12 years old pay the adult rate.

Minimum nights:

06-01 to 30-06 = minimum 3 nights

01-07 to 31-08 = minimum 7 nights

01-09 to 19-12 = minimum 3 nights

20-12 to 10-01 = minimum 5 nights at €60 per night for the first 2 people.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

After booking, 25% of the total amount must be paid in advance, excluding cleaning costs.

Proof of deposit must be sent to us within 48 hours by email or whatsapp

The remaining amount must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.

In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. However, you can try to claim this amount back from the insurance company if you have taken out travel insurance.

RENT A CAR:

CAUTION!! In Italy you need a credit card to pay the deposit of approximately 500 euros. Even if you have booked online, you still have to pay the deposit when you pick up the car. The companies do NOT accept cash.

DOCUMENTS:

Upon arrival we will make a copy of your passport or identity card, after which you will receive your documents back immediately.
