Depending on whether you book directly through us or through an intermediary,
the price can range from €50 to €79 per night for two adults.

The price includes bed linen and towels.
The apartment is COMPLETELY furnished and has EVERYTHING you need.

CLEANING FEE:
For the final cleaning we ask a one-off fixed amount of €50

DEPOSIT: €100
After we have checked the apartment together,
the deposit will be refunded upon departure.

Minimum nights:
06-01 to 30-06 = minimum 3 nights
01-07 to 31-08 = minimum 7 nights
01-09 to 19-12 = minimum 3 nights
20-12 to 10-01 = minimum 5 nights

BEDS and PRICES FOR CHILDREN:
On request, we can place a camping bed for children under 3 years old.
The price depends on the number of days.
If you bring your own camping bed or the child sleeps in the parents’ bed,
the stay for children under 3 years old is free.

BEACH ACCESSORIES RENTAL:
No reservation or deposit required. You can decide this when you are here.
Per item €5 and valid for the entire duration of your stay.
On the beach, you pay between €30 and €50 PER DAY for 1 parasol and 2 sun beds.
We rent:
– parasols with anchors to prevent them from blowing away
– diving goggles with snorkel
– fins
– beach mats
– beach towels
– children’s toys
– inflatable beds for the water
– cooler box and/or cooler bag with ice packs

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
-10% deposit
-send us a screenshot of the deposit within 48 hours

CANCELLATION:
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
However, you can try to claim this amount back from the insurance company
if you have taken out travel insurance.
