The apartment is fully furnished and decorated.

LAYOUT OF THE APARTMENT:
GROUNDFLOOR:
-livingroom with tv
-complete equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave.)
-1 bathroom with bath, bidet and wc
-a covered terrace at the front and rear (+ washing machine)
-garden with barbecue at the backside

FIRST FLOOR:
-1 bedroom with doublebed
-1 bedroom with 2 single beds
-1 bathroom with shower, bidet and wc

FACILITIES:
-air conditioning (hot and cold air) in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen
-fly/mosquito net in all rooms
-separate small hot air fans in the bathrooms
-bed linen and towels
-the wifi box can be charged for €10 (100GB)
-beach accessories rental. Per item €5 and valid for the entire duration of your stay.

CHILDREN:
-on request, we can place a camping bed for children under 3 years old. The price depends on the number of days. If you bring your own camping bed or the child sleeps in the parents’ bed, the stay for children under 3 years old is free.

The building has 2 apartments.
Each apartment has its own private entrance.
We, the owners, are living in the “half” basement floor (first apartment).
We rent the groundfloor and first floor to tourists (second apartment).

The apartment offers 4 sleeping places.
When you book, you reserve the entire apartment, even if you are only with two persons.
There is always the possibility to add an extra folding bed somewhere.

We speak Dutch, German, English, French, Arabic and Italian.
